Most people see a desk, a laptop, a notebook, and another cup of coffee.
What I see is the place where ideas become plans, where problems get solved, and where a dream we talked about for years slowly became real.
This little corner has become command central for C.E. & Sons Construction LLC. It is where I answer client calls, organize schedules, send estimates, update paperwork, reply to emails, and somehow keep all the moving pieces together behind the scenes.
And trust me… there are A LOT of moving pieces. 😂
Starting a business later in life feels very different than I imagined when I was younger. There is more fear, more responsibility, more second guessing, but also more gratitude. We understand now how valuable time, stability, family, and peace really are.
Some days are exciting. Some days are exhausting. Some days I feel completely confident, and other days I wonder if we are doing enough.
But every single day we keep showing up.
That is something I am incredibly proud of.
This business is not built on perfection or pretending to have it all figured out. It is built on long hours, family support, real conversations, hard lessons, faith, and a genuine desire to build something meaningful together.
And honestly? I think that matters.
So yes… my desk may look calm in photos, but behind it is a woman planning, learning, worrying, growing, organizing, dreaming and trying her absolute best to build something real for her family and for the people who trust us with their homes and projects.
